Returns and Refunds

In cases of unavailability, Ariel Capital Investment (Pty) Ltd through the bmedia.online website will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client where the reasons for cancellation are reasons other than errors or cancellation caused by Ariel Capital Investment (Pty) Ltd through the bmedia.online website will attract a 5% administration fee.

Payment Optons

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Ariel Capital Investment (Pty) Ltd bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Card transactions will be acquired for Ariel Capital Investment (Pty) Ltd via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. bmedia.online will take thirty percent of the sales for all the content uploaded by you and the seventy percent will be distributed to you as it reaches the threshold of one thousand rand.

Minimum Threshold for Payment distribution

Minimum threshold for payment distribution is one thousand rands and will be paid into the publisher account.
