Cover Art/Image Rules
1. Be a .jpg or png file.
2. Be a perfect square and at least 1500 x 1500 pixels.
3. Be in best-quality.
4. Have a resolution of at least 72 dpi.
4. Contain text specifying song title and artist(s) name(s) for a song cover, album title and artist(s) for an album or artist name for artist image.
And it may not include:
1. Email addresses, URLs or any other contact information or any pricing information.2. Stickers.
3. Anything suggesting that your release is a physical product, such as "CD," "DVD," "DISC," or that your release is a digital product, such as "Digital Exclusive" or "Digital Version".
4. Cut off artwork - meaning cut off text or images.
5. Blurry artwork.
6. Artwork that is compressed into one corner with the rest of the image having white space.
7. Anything referencing a digital store name or logo.
8. Any misleading information.
How to add an artist?
Before a song or an album can be added, an artist must be created to get an artist ID to use when adding your song or album.
Step 1: Go to bmedia.online/content/artist/
Step 2: At "Add Artist" page, provide artist/group name, primary genre, secondary genre (optional) and select artist/group
image (.jpg files only), then save.
Step 3: After saving, you will be presented with an artist ID which is required when adding a song/album to link artist/group to the uploaded song/album.
How to add a song?
A song will go live after you click "Publish song" at Content Management under songs! (song must be complete before it can go live)
Step 1: go to bmedia.online/content/song/
Step 2: Provide the required song information then save.
Step 3: After saving, you can then add your song cover art and
320kbps .mp3 file.
You can return later to finish an incomplete song which can be found under Content Management section.
How to add an album?
Step 1: go to bmedia.online/content/album/
Step 2: Provide the required album information then save.
Step 3: After saving, you can then add your album cover art
according to the specified rules.
Add songs to your album
Step 1: Go to bmedia.online/content/song/?aid=YOUR_ALBUM_ID
Replace YOUR_ALBUM_ID with your given album ID or fo to the next steps to find the link to use to add your album songs.
Step 2: Go to Content Management,
under albums, look for the album that you created and click "Add Songs" for the album that you want add songs to.
Step 3: Follow the process
of adding a song (Add your song information and a 320kbps .mp3 file, continue the process until all the songs are added then your album can be published.) Cover art for each song is not needed when adding songs to an album.
You can change an album cover or return later to upload an album cover art by clicking album cover under albums at Content Management.
How to add a video?
Step 1: go to bmedia.online/content/video/
Step 2: You can either add an embed link or upload a video file.
Step 3: Provide the required information including
a video poster if uploading a video file the save.
You can provide a song ID if you want to link a song to a video.
